Shipping policy
I AM Stores uses the best companies in the industry to ensure that your order is delivered on time.
Shipping will be carried out after payment has been received (except in the case of cash on delivery).
Delivery times may vary if the recipient's address is located in a remote area and/or island.
Factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, or our couriers' inability to reach the recipient due to incomplete or inaccurate data may also affect the punctuality of deliveries.
We do our best to ensure orders are delivered by the estimated dates, but, on rare occasions, there may be delays, particularly during sales periods and holidays.
Any delays or failed deliveries by the courier cannot be directly attributed to The Storesnet - Rete di Imprese.
We will do our best to keep you updated regarding the delivery, and you will still be able to track your package's journey using the tracking number to be entered on the courier's website.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, but only to physical addresses.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are to be added to the product price, can be viewed during the checkout phase, and are: Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, In-store Pickup.
STANDARD Shipping - Italy (4-6 working days)
- Up to €100: €5.99
- Over €100: Free
EXPRESS Shipping - Italy (1-2 working days)
- €7.99
Express delivery is available from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered within the following 2 working days after processing.
No deliveries are made during weekends and holidays.
Delivery times may vary depending on the location.
InPost Locker 24/7 - Italy (up to 3 items)
- Up to €100: €5.99
- Over €100: Free
At checkout, select InPost as the courier. Wait for our notifications to collect your package from one of the Lockers or InPost Points.
You can collect your package within 30 days of notification. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender.
