Refund policy

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw within 30 days of receiving the order.

Returns are free in Italy.

Return for a size exchange is free for the first time in Italy. Any subsequent size exchanges or returns are at the customer's expense.

Returns are not free abroad, and size exchanges are not available.

Shipping costs for returns from customers residing outside Italy are borne by the customer.

The returned product must be intact, undamaged, unused or unwashed, with the original label and the box where present.

The refund in case of return will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return. All paid accessory expenses (standard or express shipping and the cost of cash on delivery) are excluded from the refund.

I AM Stores also reserves the right to disable the cash on delivery payment method for users who have repeatedly refused delivery without justified reason and without contacting customer support in advance.

For purchases made by credit card: Refunds can only be made using the same payment method used for the charge. You cannot send a refund to a different destination, such as another card or another bank account.
